The social assistance was done:
- inside the Center by the personalized intervention for each child – personal folder, personalized project, initiating relations or keeping in touch with their natural family, finding a substitute family – where this is possible. Inside the Center was organized a space for visits, respecting their intimity. The visits are registered every time in the Visits Register and sended periodical to the Public Specialized Service for the Child Protection to elucidate the juridical situation of the children and to decide the best way for protection.
- Out of the Center:- helping the families of the children from the Center;
- helping the unfavourized families from Mogosoaia and another places.

In our cooperation with another institutions from Ilfov, we have been made donations to:
the Public Specialized Service for the Child Protection Ilfov – helping the families in difficulties from Neamt district;
the Districtual Council Ilfov – medical equipment – at the Placement Center Voluntari;
the Treatment and Retrieving Center for People with Handicap Bucharest, sector 2 – clothes;
the Taking Care and Assistance Center for Old People no.2 Bucharest, sector 1 – medical equipment appreciated by President of Romania.

one truck with clothes for people in difficulties from Facaeni, village destroyed by storm.
Bacau county, Asau village, building of flood victim campus in collaboration with Operazione Sorriso from Italy.
Dolj couny, Rast village, building of flood victims campus in collaboration with Operazione Sorriso from Italy.
There were also donations for the Emergency Universitary Hospital Bucharest – medical furniture and medical equipment. At the end of this action the hospital board send an official letter of thanks to Norwegian Aid Foundation.
