In this period, during the activities developed in cooperation we had experience exchanges to improve our employees`activity. Our employees had been in touch with specialists from other institutions during the development of the projects.

At the specialization activities we can mention the graduation of the specialization schools by some of the employees.

The staff of the Foundation had participated at seminaries with specialty subjects, methods used in rising and education of the children in difficulties, all these information being communicated to the employees to improve the quality of their work.
